Samruddhi was established by Pradeep in 2026 to support professionals, entrepreneurs and investors in their wealth creation and preservation journey.
Pradeep holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School together with an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
He has worked as a central banker and investment banker, specialising in valuation of financial instruments derivatives, and brings a wealth of experience from the world of banking and finance.
He has also extensively advised in start-up ecosystems as a mentor and adviser and is an authority when it comes to capital structure of limited companies.
Pradeep has previously been part of the teaching team in Corporate Finance and Financial Reporting & Analysis at the Cambridge Judge Business School and holds an honorary position at the institute.
At Samruddhi, Pradeep takes a strategic approach for clients in building and preserving wealth.
